Around 40 per cent of young adults would not be able to buy one of the cheapest homes in their area even if they managed to save a 10 per cent deposit

Due to the housing prices in the UK young people in particular are being restricted to be able to buy any sort of real estate for themselves, leading to huge loads having to be put out for just a mortgage or the 5th biggest bank the parents bank are needed in be requested.

Google, Facebook and Amazon’s investments in London seem like good news post Brexit – but it’s a red herring.
Google, Fcaebook and Amazon are all making enormous investments into silicon valley even after brexit. Facebook is planning to open a 6,000 capacity office with Google making a 7,000 capacity skyscraper. This has made the government thrilled with expansion and possible improvements to taxes being put on the companies. While investment is good this therefore leads to large amounts of competition for UK companies leading to possibly a struggle for UK retailers.
